We're going to need
a lot of people involved, and this is the list we've brainstormed so far:
- FTAs: must be qualified; how do we figure out availability?
- Expertise for setting up FMS? Do we get instructions, or get someone else to set it up for us?
- Refs: where are we getting them? What about their shirts?
- Emcees: is there any way to get Angry Eric? Need someone who has done it before and will give the right vibe
- Other sorts of volunteers:
- Need to train volunteers, keep track of them, make sure they switch out roles, make sure they actually showed up, etc.
- Guides to deal with wanderers, load-in, basic navigation, etc.
- Have to estimate # of volunteers, communicate with NHS and make sure we get right number of volunteers for each role, etc.
- May need to do a dress rehearsal
