Let's create another schedule - a more detailed one for us (not for the competitors). This should include WHO is doing WHAT at what time. This lets us partition the jobs and also lets us visualize any conflicts of staff (us) that may exist.
Set-Up: 6:30am (show up @6:20 at the latest)
- Saty - Make sure electrical stuff is set-up properly.
- Lucas - Make sure signs are set-up (esp. outdoor stuff).
- Ryan - Make sure field is set-up properly.
to be clear, by set up at 6:30am you dont mean field setup right? I dont want to have to hustle when setting up just to make sure everything is built correctly. Maybe the night before?
