1) install the CTRE Tool Suite
2) Open the HERO Lifeboat (it might be called the CTRE Lifeboat, just search for lifeboat)
3) Connect to the roborio via USB
4) go to the third tab at the top "roboRIO upgrade"
5) if on the bottom left it says "roboRIO Detected" then press the "update roboRIO web based config"
