Title: LabVIEW - getting to the RoboRio dashboard

With each revision of software, it seems things get more difficult to use.
The RoboRio dashboard works on Silverlight (NI seems to enjoy supporting the latest MS tools).

For FRC 2016 - we used Firefox with Silverlight
For FRC 2018 - we can only use Silverlight on Internet Explorer (iexplorer.exe). Silverlight is not supported on Edge (!) and doesn't seem to work properly on Firefox.

So use iexplorer to talk to the RoboRio dashboard.
