-Light up poster with POWER UP planning and outline is going through
-Made letters for initials for hats for everyone and team colors were assigned
-Mock overalls will be prepped and designed soon
-Button designs are in process and first design is up
-shirt design in progress as well (game consoles theme in front)
-additional sweatshirt, sweatpants, hoodies apparel maybe
-pac man costume two sides finished draft

I'm curious about this light poster. Can you tell me a few things?

   
• How is it being lit? what's the light source?
• What's the power source?
• Will this power source be available when seated in the viewing stands at WPI or Bryant University (accounting for their seating arrangement) ?
• How bright are the lights? Will they be visible against the lights in the arena?

By the way, others have done this before which is why I'm asking these questions!

We are planning to use battery operated LED lights on the poster with the necessary equipment in order to keep the poster and lights intact.
The LED's seem like a safe option that allows the poster to light up properly without any issues with the battery controlling the system

This does not answer half of my questions which worries me.

I see a lot of assumptions made and no design done. I don't want you to do a lot of work only to find out that you're missing stuff you need badly and you end up with nothing.
